This book contains a lot of really good thoughts and ideas about how to practice your magic. You may
already be doing many of them, but I'm pretty sure that you will find additional helpful hints and
ideas.
The author is a teacher and magician. He interviewed 24 professional magicians to
get their thoughts and ideas about what they do when practicing their magic. The description lists
many of the contributors in a "disguised" form (although I'm pretty sure you will probably recognize
some of them).
The book has a football theme as far as illustrations. At the end of each
chapter/interview there is a summary of the major ideas for that magician's interview, called Key
Takeaways.
Again, as the description says, there are no tricks, routines, etc. Just a lot
of really good thoughts and ideas about practicing your magic.
As I mentioned at the start,
you may already be doing some of these things, but I'm pretty sure that you will get a lot of new
ideas from the content.
Don't delay. Blow the whistle and start improving your
game/act/routine/presentations by, as the description says, "practicing smarter, not harder".
