Anyways, jokes aside, I'll just say personally it's going into the library. I'm a book person and I appreciate the pictures within, but I really only learn with videos or person to person interactions. I'll keep it for the sake of knowledge and passing it on, but it's not for me.

Life is just too damn busy - I work 7 days a week on a double shift in restaurants. Upscale - not fine dining, (There is a DIFFERENCE) I don't speak any other language because there's not enough time in the day to learn and I certainly don't have enough time to remember each new dish our phenomenal Chefs put out. SO I need my sleep and any time I get to enhance the guest experience.

I can't wait to read a few pages on the train ride here and there and hope someone I know can benefit from the notes within.

Thank you Penguin Magic for including this piece in your Black Friday Sale. Good luck to my fellow performer!!!
