Normally the descriptions of effects can be a bit misleading. Despite the effect title, this is not the case with misleading misled. It is impromptu and gimmick free. It is also easy to perform. The only thing you will have to watch out for is the condition of the bill that you use. It isn't going to work with all bills. Otherwise it is a great effect to have available at a moments notice when you don't have any props.
