WHat you get is essentially what is shown in the photograph above. It's a special rattle type gimmick. WHile there isn't a load of material out there covering the use of this special little gimmick. It might not fit around your arm though, so that could become a little problem. It's nice that you can lock and unlock these though. The brass is really nice and looks great. IT doesn't scratch up that easily too which is nice.
