This is a beautiful coin. For me it has a nice weight and a nice size. The black and gold give some good contrast as well. The only thing that I noticed, and I don't know who named it, is that it is actually a Japanese coin. You can tell by the characters, but that doesn't keep it from being an awesome coin.

Chinese and Japanese characters are the same. The grammar of the two languages are different plus Japanese uses extra characters to mark grammatical functions that Chinese doesn't need.
