Dan Harlan puts out some great stuff and this is no exception. This is by no means a one trick pony. You can code practically anything to your helper. It is extremely simple and easy enough to remember.
More complicated sets will take a bit of practice to get down fluently, but your helper needs very little practice (practically no prep work).
If this is something that sounds interesting, I highly recommend this DVD.
