I'm sure this would work reasonably well for a stage routine, but it was a disappointment for my
parlor act. First, the latex bottle itself is of poor quality, with streaking and an uneven surface
quality that reveals it as a fake from a few feet away. Second, the mouth of the bottle I received
was warped. I asked the ever helpful (and I should add, frank) Penguin support folks about it, and
they told me my bottle's defects weren't anomalies: they're all like this. Finally, I found that
the bottle wouldn't collapse fully inside the paper bag I used: it immediately popped back into its
original shape, with a pretty loud noise, too (at least, in a quiet room).
I have to say,
for a product manufactured in Peru for what could only be pennies, out of low quality latex, it's
positively outrageous of Twister to be charging $60 for this product. I think $9.99 would be about
right--provided that the defects were first corrected.
