Firstly I will say I like this effect. It is very effective and deceptive under many conditions.
Here is the bad news:
1-Although the clips can be made quickly and inexpensively they can only
be used once and must be pre made.
2-It is NOT a self contained effect and uses an external
gimmick.
3- Menny gives you an option to buy a magic product some of us may or may not already
have that will make the performance much more practical.
4-There are no instructions on how to
switch out the clip for close up performance, he just says "switch it" This is a big
disappointment.
Included is an "impromptu" version of the effect where the clip is put
into a glass and swirled around and dumped out bent.The clip still needs to be prepared ahead but it
is self contained and examinable at the finish. That said you do not actually see the clip bending
in this version.
In summary a good effect but cannot be performed in ALL conditions. If
you want to end clean you will need to work it out on your own. (Unless you want to drop the clip
into a massive bowl with 1000 clips inside (That's what is suggested on the DVD)
