First off, Penguin is always totally there for the customer! The Double-decker Phoenix is a great size for audience viewing and the colors are strong on the faces. They do bend, so handle them with a modicum of intelligence; they're thin for an excellent reason and the 'double' is amazing, when you consider the nearly 2 full decks of playing cards.
I love CardShark & I appreciate Penguin being around for great products & the best prices hands down!
