Great and clear explanations, nice they are done with an audience; makes one appreciate Dan's abilites as performer as well as teacher.

All that's missing is a web site to get the dollar bill #'s or perhaps I missed something.

You have to use dollar bills you have on hand or get a stack from the bank, then use a factoring calculator to figure out which one(s) will work.
