The one card control is pretty bad. There is no gimmick but you are left wide open if anyone tries to inspect the deck. The multiple card control is ok but i do not see myself using it. Overall not a very good control because it does not work in most situations.

I think you have bigger problems if you are concerned about a spectator inspecting your deck in the middle of a routine. #AudienceManagement

I'm not sure what your point is for the multiple card control. It works in the situations where you need to control multiple cards.

Yes, as briancharles1002 said, 'you have bigger problems'. For 'audience management' is what is lacking in your magic; and that's a real pain in the neck, as you must have experienced more than once, I dare guess.

Ok what do they have to inspect in the first control? After the control you are completely clean
