Magic Tricks

Penguin...you and another magic dealer who have shown great business sense and customer service for years. In the past two months I have bought "the hype" from both your companies, buying two different magic tricks ...both edited to look incredible, both claiming that each trick could do things they can't so. Please understand that you are held to high standards because you are the best. I will be sending Phantom back...but know that each time you do this you damage your reputation. I expect excellent service from you. I will continue to be a customer because I trust this will not happen again.
