Shin Lim is an expert, but the 1-card control was repetitive in the video.
The 1-card control ends "dirty".
It is also much harder than the 4-card control.

The 4-card control is elegant & smooth; and makes this video worthwhile.

You may have missed something. Neither control ends "dirty". If you are ending "dirty" with the one card control, you may want to ask questions in the "Discuss" section for this control.

Shin Lin's One-Card Control is very beautiful. You might consider it ends 'dirty' if you thought having a DB left in the deck is 'dirty'. But it is not: it is just a feature you have to take into account. Period.
