I'm very disappointed with this purchase.
The video I was able to download is incomplete and the ad is misleading.
The lecture I got doesn't show or explain Bachelor's Thread and Thready or Not as stated in the ad.
I tried politely to ask explanations to the support service but they didn't help me to solve this issue.
