This is not a practical effect. It sounds like it is the ultimate dream, but I was never able to get it down, and I put hours of practice. I don't recommend it.

Amazingly enough, it works for Alvo.

Practice is the key. Besides, we can gain many insights by just watching...insights that may lead us to devise our own tricks.
