Another winner from John Bannon. This is an easy-to-do moving ink effect that you give to the
spectator as a souvenir at the end. As always, John does a great job teaching this clearly. He even
teaches a couple of moves that I had never seen before which are very valuable additions to my skill
set. I WILL use these moves in other effects.
Highly recommended!

Another great piece of Magic by John Bannon!
What a real gem.
Tattoo You by John Bannon
will totally fry your audience’s minds.
The instructions are very clear and well taught.
Josh talks about getting into and out of the effect.
There are some sleights to learn, but
nothing difficult and John teaches them all in the instructions. There is also a gimmick card you’ll
need (not included), but it’s a standard gimmick any card performer would have.
If you
want to fry peoples minds and leave them with a souvenir of their experience to show their friends,
then get Tattoo You.

Great trick to have in your arsenal. Previously available on John Bannon’s Smoke & Mirrors. The
download version actually comes with bonus instruction from Erik Tait. A small twist on the
handling but great indeed.

You'll learn an audience stunner AND great card handling tips to enhance your skills.
Your
spectator selects and initials a card that then remains face up on the table.
You pull out
a SINGLE prediction card from your pocket. It has a DIFFERENT color back than your spectator's
chosen card.
Magic climax #1: Your prediction MATCHES your spectator's selection!
Magic climax #2: Your spectator's initialed card gets picked up off the table and their
signature MAGICALLY and VISUALLY jumps to your prediction card!
Your spectator can freely
examine both cards.
High recommended! Get this!

This trick is beautiful, it can be done quickly, and the effect is clear and powerful. I’ll have
this ready for walk around gigs in the future. It’s a great trick for after you’ve already worked a
table and want something quick to fry their brains.

If you already write on cards and hand them out, then this is a good trick to through into your set.

5 Stars for the effect itself. It really is great. As taught, it's perfect for an informal setting
but adaptable to your style.
4 Stars for the tutorial. The presentation of the tutorial could
have been better scripted and organized. A few of the (minimal) sleights are merely glossed over.
But most magicians with some experience will have some familiarity.
Bonus: a new (to me) card
sleight is taught!
Erik Tait adds some additional teaching at the end which is helpful.

Stars for the lack of a gimmick/value. A gimmick is required and can be made at minimal expense or
obtained from Penguin. Again, Tait teaches how to make it with items many magicians may already
have on hand.

say more? Performed Tattoo You from John Bannon last night for some of my regulars.
It's good.
Really good!
It is almost move free. And the one move is very well covered.
It requires
something that, I am sure, everyone has somewhere in his magic drawer.
A definite must have
and must try!

Ive been doing this trick for about 8 years now and it never fails to get an amazing reaction from
people. One of my favorite card tricks in existence. Just recently started doing another version by
another magician that has a kicker ending. Im going to work it more but i still get better reactions
with this original.

This trick is a great opener, it’s quick and visual, leaves them with an impossible souvenir, it’s
easy, and it doesn’t involve any complicated gimmicks. You do hand a card out every time, but is an
odd backed card so you can replace it from another deck and leave your main deck intact. There are a
couple neat moves he teaches that I was not familiar with that I’m happy to add to my skill set. Get
this if you could use a great yet simple moving ink type effect.
