This isn't the cheapest reel and I'm not sure if I'm mad more at penguin for ignoring my emails or the maker of this reel for not making a better product.

I received the reel with one safety pin broken off. Not a huge deal. The reel was assembled poorly. The thread was wrapped around the inner elastic band preventing it from expanding the thread.

And taking it apart is a head ache! I've asked penguin for a refund or an exchange in two emails and they have ignored me. Please help!
