Absoultey, positively, my new all time favorite trick.

I know most will love the jazz mentalism routine but for me, Pocket calculator is genius - hands down one of the best tricks I've ever performed - why? For a couple of reasons, first, at one point during the trick the only thing that is visible is the prediction card you mention that is laying face down on the table - this allows for an incredible personal experience before revealing the spectators choice.

Second, even when they think they're onto you, they are blown away by the reveal at the end.

Third, you CAN repeat this trick on the same person with the same exact prediction card and they will be blown away.

I gave pocket calculator a weeks worth of work before performing it and it paid off big time. Listen, I'm barely an average magician, I'm a lazy magician (as I keep repeating in my reviews) I love gimmicks in general and wit that said, I shocked a very good magician with this one - I just had to practice it after reading how to do it - I had to put in some effort because I loved how well the secret works.

I love this packet trick - one of the best magic purchases I've ever made.

The booklet includes two routines, of which Jazz Mentalism is a sort of instant classic. (Hey, Derren Brown has done it on TV!)

The routine can unfold in various ways, offering possibilities for the spectator to feel that her mind is being read in real time.

This same routine is being sold at about double the cost as the DVD "Rhine's Revenge," so "The Door" is a real deal. The second routine in the booklet is also terrific.
