There's no doubt that Daryl was called "the Magician's Magician". This is a great course, from beginner to advanced, in how to handle and work with a classic in magic. Great for everyone interested in magic.

Daryl is awesome. The whole DVD was just so fun to watch from beginning to end. And there's enough material for a beginner like myself to get an audience worthy routine started.

I went on to buy the four-part master course in sponge magic from Daryl also. All of those are great, too, but this really tops them all.

And what I learned from sponge turned out to be a great step for coins, too. I had attempted coins before and found it just too difficult. But after playing with sponge, I gave coins another try and can do a couple of decent retention vanishes. I'm only six months into magic, so still work to do.

Bottom line: Get this. Especially if you're starting out and are trying to get from cards to more three dimensional objects.

I like learning from videos because I can see the actual flow of the moves. So I decided to pick this video up instead of a cups and balls booklet.
I wasn't disapointed at all. Everyone knows that Daryl was a great magician and a great teacher. And this video is no exception. I enjoyed it very much and I learned a lot of things.
The only reason I gave it only four stars is that this is only an introduction to cups and balls, so if you want advanced technicks and routines you need to buy another video.

Daryl is one of the great magicians to learn from, and the cups and balls is something every magician should be able to perform.
Daryl's presentation is very good, inviting and informative. if you're a beginner with C&B, get it. if you're experienced and perform with cups, you won't learn anything new.

well worth the price for a young magician!
