I'm a fan of casino cards and have tried a number of them. I bought all 3 that Penguin has. Currently as of this writing, that's the Lakeside, Isle, and Lotus.

So, being that the Lakeside and Isle are from the same year and ostensibly on the same stock, they are quite different. The Lakeside are a full 2 grams heavier (84.5 or so) and they definitely feel chunky. I don't typically mind thicker cards that much but these just feel heavy in hand.

The coating also seems to be fairly short lived for whatever reason, even vs the Isle ones. For the price it's pretty much whatever, but for say, a push through, you may not get as much life out of these as you might expect from casino cards. The Isle casino cards are a lighter and seemed to last longer.

By far the star of the Casino selection is the Lotus cards, but I don't want to hype them lest they sell out before I stock up....
