This is a well made prop that is intended for stage work. After many performances, I can say that it is best used on stage and not close up. The gimmick works well without issues for me. Never had any issue with the bottle (you can relabel it if you wish) and the glass is heavy duty plastic. Very happy.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! This is by far the worst purchase I have ever made from Penguin, or honestly from anywhere! I am highly disappointed. I would have never thought penguin would sell an item of such poor quality! My 7 year old could have made this better than what I received. The string has a kink in it which is very obvious, the bar inside the cup came unglued (and it looks like it has been glued on at least 5 times, as you can see the layers of old glue! This was falsely advertised, The cup is yellow and in the trailer he is clearly using a different cup than what comes with the product as the cup he is using is clear and a different design/texture! The string does not retract back into the bottle. The lead weight gets stuck in the neck of the bottle. Not to mention you can clearly see the weight in the neck. The ingredient label is not in English. Not to mention the tutorial is in a different language, which is very difficult to read and watch at the same time. Nowhere on the website does it say the tutorial is not in English or I would have never purchased this product for that reason alone!. This is a disaster!
