I've just bought the Senor Mardo egg bag. It comes with written instructions and I'm fine with the routines in them. Is it worth getting the DVD as well or are the routines on the DVD just the same as on the instructions that come with the bag? If not, is there much more on the DVD to make it worth the buy?

THe DVD is intended to give a more visual explanation of the routine, and some additional ideas on how to use the bag. In my experience with egg bags, getting the timing and smoothness properly executed is the hardest part, so learning from video is very beneficial.
