what makes the SVEN, sevengali decks different from the inferior quality decks. do these decks come sealed in plastic from the USPCC. (are any instructions included?)

Great question! the Sven deck is PERFECT because the USPCC makes these gimmicks themselves so they're fresh from the factory and made absolutely perfectly
