It says the dice works best in a cup but can be used on a table. I just think that rolling the dice from your hands (or a cup) to the table seems "normal" Is there some kind of issue that would cause it not to work that way? Also, if we were to get a set of 5 dice, can you force 5 different numbers in one roll?

This product requires a lot of arts and crafts. If you want to change the force number you must take some time to do so.
The die must stay in the cup. It really can't be removed.
You could force several dice at once.
While all of this is true, I do not recommend this product.
