A bit ambigious about this one:
Pro:
- Nice presentation, nice guy, very entertaining
- Nice bar tricks
Con:
- Nothing really new (after almost every trick he says 'you
know this one right? Or should I explain it?')
- Lacking references (after the Tyler Wilson
overkill ;-> )
- A little but too much sexual jokes(rip your top off, you have my balls in your
hands) for my taste.
In short: If you are a beginner you will find a lot of very cool and
easy to do tricks.
If you are more advanced you will enjoy it but know most of it, but you will
get some new insights on handling and performance.
If you read the description of the lecture you should have realized that you may know some material presented (even shows that in the preview). Also, he is known for performing in bars......in NY.....of course the humour may be a little edgy.
Bas, if you really thought Magick's lecture was too risqué then you really do need to get out more.... :-)
I used to perform in a brew house. I did not tell edgy or risque jokes. My clients loved me. Your venue does not establish your character. Full stop.
I appreciate knowing that this is full of sexual humor. I personally will not purchase it because I simply won't find the content relatable.
It could be just the thing for somebody else.
Regardless it is relevant information that the originally reviewer left and I appreciate it.
