Totally agree with that answer (not as it is) but even if you could adapt it somehow and eliminate the palming you would use some of the agility. Still I perform this routine regularly for audiences of 150-200. I'd say don't be tempted to use jumbo indexed cards - what carries the distance is the pips, not the numbers, and the pips are too small in jumbo indexed cards. Furthermore the spectator on stage and those sitting nearby are witnesses for all. Those in row 20 can still see the configuration of the card and the reactions confirm that the cards are correct and match. You, of course, help them in that task by calling the name of the cards that turn up.
