All you need is a business card and the secret gimmick. The setup is very simple. Patrick teaches you how to set up a business card in advance and how to carry the prepared business cards with you where ever you go.
Strictly speaking, it is not impromptu. You can carry the gimmick in your normal business card holder so that at any moment it looks impromptu to your audience.
