The Bicycle Elite deck is printed on the USPCC's newest option for stock. It is said to be crushed, which makes for a thinner more pliable card. Despite their pliability the claim is that they are just as durable as standard Bicycle cards. The deck you will get already feels broken in. You used the word "soft", I wouldn't say that it's the exact same as Arrcos but I would say that they are much "softer" than standard Bicycle playing cards.
