I tend to load a card that has been folded into quarters. This, of course, makes the card thicker. I have a fair idea how the Razor Wallet loads and was wondering if the 'cough' would allow for this, or prove to tight?

You can easily load a folded, or unfolded card. The load mechanism is flexible enough for this. I do not teach any handlings using a folded card but if this is something you already do, you should have no issues with this wallet and a folded card.
