problem with FREA-CAPPED trick

Gentlemen, this trick does not work consistently. The cap seldom snaps back to the front of pen. The elastic string seems to get weaker after a few tries. For $27.30 this trick should work better than that. I would like to return it for a refund or credit. Thank you. David Bodem
