So the only color available is Red. Do we learn in the tutorial how to construct the gimmick so we could use it in another color?

You will receive a sturdy gimmick that you can apply to any opaque balloon regardless of color. As long as the balloon is not translucent at all, it should work on most colors. Our refills give you everything you need for the perishable portions of the trick for red balloons.
For different color balloons you may be able to find different colors of material that works but it will take some time to source these items.
