A lot of time, love, and work was put in the download. None of the moves that you learn will be too easy or too difficult. I’d say intermediates and advanced guys can do this stuff.

Don’t get this if you want a quick trick. This stuff takes work to look amazing and every step of the way in the learning process is fun. Performing the tricks are also really fun too. Fred’s methods are pretty unorthodox but practical.

Fred goes into as much detail as possible with pointers and recaps to make sure you can get the moves down. He even answered my question I had since he provided a way you can contact him directly.
