This can be a nice quick effect with a delightful giveaway. These are things I personally like. However, as Josh points out, several times in the video, each time you do it there's a very good chance the spectator will be waving around the band showing everyone around enough of the gimmick to explain to the crowd how it was done. That's something I don't like so much.

He also provides ways to justify what was discovered to the now unruly mob. To my mind needing to do that kind of explaining is like having to explain a joke and is perhaps an indication of a joke or trick that shouldn't have been performed to begin with.

My hope was that I would be paying for a technique allowing me to make the obvious gimmick invisible and certainly less obvious than what you wind up making. Maybe it will work out better for you?

I am not a rubber band magic guy, because I always hate the set up that you have to do prior to every trick, I feel the tricks turn into puzzles and not magic at that point.

This trick is different though! As there is no set up happening in front of the audience, and it leaves them with an impossible object!

The teaching is very detailed, the effect is simple, anyone can do this.

I bought it for $4.95, for $9.95 I might have hesitated though. But after watching the instructions, it is definitely worth $10.

It can be an impressive effect for laymen. I bought the effect hoping I. was wrong about the method. I wasn't. Worth doing and if you are new to rubberband magic it is worth getting.

I love knots, I love rubber bands, and now I love Josh. Their are 4 or 5 great parts to this download. Josh got permission to share some techniques developed by others that answered some questions I have had for a while! Thanks, Josh.

One part of the video (how to tie a knot in a rubber band with one hand) I had to work on. I had to play the video over that section 20 or so times, but I finally got it. And it just might be one of my favorite parts (next to the Gordian Knot itself).

For the money,iI think it's one of the best rubber band videos out there! Josh, good going. Everyone else,get going and own this!

This is the kind of magic I really like. It uses everyday, normal objects that people see every day and does something impossible and baffling with it that you can leave with them. The Impossible Object effect is really cool and this one is great.

This effect is Visual, Interactive, Impossible and Fun! And the BEST part is that you can give the rubber band away to your spectators! Josh Burch's explanation is thorough and he covers all possible scenarios to have a clean ending to give away the rubber band!!! This effect is very visual and truly impossible! What I also loved about this effect is that it's interactive, because the spectator isn't just watching, but also participating along with you in a do-as-I-do routine! A practical effect to add to your rubber band magic!
