I really enjoyed this DVD.
Clearly laid out contents, Jay at his crazy best, a range of useful card moves taught, some very funky knockout ending phases taught.
Jay loses a star for two reasons:
1) I feel that he should have run through an entire Ambitious Card routine on the DVD and then broken each stage/ move down, so that the viewer can at least begin with one 'complete' Ambitious Card routine (and then 'jazz' with it later on)
2) For completeness, I think Jay should have taught a couple of controls to the top whilst shuffling the spectator's card (although of course these can be found in 'standard' card magic books and DVDs).
Overall, worthy material if you want to create an exciting Ambitious Card routine.

I couldn't wait for this to arrive as I wanted to expand my ambitious card routine. Without being mean I just didn't really like it. He is a nice guy and all and the dvd was very clear, it just didn't really seem that "professional" to me. I am use to Ammar kind of teachings like when I got done watching complete cups & balls I felt like I actually learned something and that I could actually preform the effect. After watching this twice I honestly don't feel like I learned anything.I am actually disappointed. I just added Daryl's ambitious dvd to the cart and I wish I would have just got that in the first place. I picked this out of my 5 for 99 but after watching it, I feel like I only got 4 for 99.
