Four U.S quarters are removed from your jacket pocket. Two coins are handed to the spectator and two are kept for yourself. Tell the spectator follow your lead. You vertically balance one coin on top of the other. The spectator has no luck. Now you take this already amazing accomplishment one step further. While holding the bottom of the coin with one hand, use the other hand to rotate the top coin 90 degrees so that it is now resting sideways opposed to the bottom coin. Still the coin remains balanced. The spectator is in awe as his/her coin continues to fall. The coins are returned to your pocket.

  • Can be repeated immediately with no setup

  • Great for close-up and walk around

  • Very easy to perform

Manufacturer Says

The supplied two coins are precision machined by Roy Kueppers. The gimmick is self contained within the coins.

Despite the three, GREAT TRICK!

Pros:
*great trick
*everyone guesses it, but can't find out

Cons:
*people ask you to do it again, or show you them. and unless you are good at sleight of hand(which i'm not) you can't let them see it.
*everyone thinks it's a magnet(which it isn't)

None the less. GREAT TRICk. i recomend it!

I have this set and have done the trick for a few people with moderate impact. Here is the problem both coins are gimmicked and can not be passed out for examination. You can do switches but with two coins not my favorite moves.

I've used this trick in Canadian currency and can tell you for a fact that it gets great reactions. You hold out two quarters in each hand and give the spectator a coin of which ones will be used. Give him the quarters and have him try and balance one on the other. This is very very very very difficult to do and no one will ever be able to do it. Tell them to watch as you balance the quarter with ease. Not only that but you slowly but carefully spin the quarter on top of the other one. This will blow them away. As stated above, this is a great trick for beginners and requires no skill at all.

I love this trick...but only for an attention grabber. Think about it...your sitting on a bus, in a park or anywhere and you just start balancing 2 quarters..deffinitly get some attention.

just an attention getter Report this review

Great trick for those who are heckled to "do another". Just for fun I took out a quarter and said check this out.. I spun the quarter on the table to make it seem like nothing. Then I spun the quarter on another and it was fun. Don't expect any huge effects from this, its all for fun.

I was quite dissapointed with this over priced trick.

It is so obvious how it works, but it suprises people if you're at a bus stop etc. and you pull 2 coins out of you're pocket and balance one of them on the other.
I gets the best effects if you dont say you are a magician because it automatically creates suspition and it is esasier to work out the secret.

If you want an attention-getter, Buy This Trick.

Nice effect Report this review

The effect is really easy to get down, and it does turn heads. But it's not really a trick, more as a way to attract people, or just to showoff. Overall its a very good trick, simple to do, but requires practice to do it again.

Attention Getter/Ice Breaker Report this review
Verified buyer Pro Privacy ON (login to see reviewer names) on July 27th, 2005
This is easy to do and is exactly what it is advertised as: an attention getter.

I like to use this to break up the monotony of a meeting at work or catch some attention while standing in line at the bank or the supermarket. It's a great ice-breaker that can gather a person or three and allows you to move into doing more impressive tricks. Worth the money and a fun diversion when you use your imagination.

Good trick, worth owning... Report this review

Although the gimmick is detectable if not used carefully, this is a great trick. Whip the coins out of your pocket, say "Do as I do" to a spectator with 2 other quarters, pull some simple moves that anyone can do, and go out with a bang when you make the coins balance and spin.

Buy it. You'll like it.
