I just bought and construct the product and i would say it works as it is supposed to be! for the price given the knowledge is well worth it!
I would recommend people get the actual holdout that is also available at penguin due to its more durable. But this is a good substitute if you are suddenly in a situation you forgot the holdout. you can always stop quickly to the stationary store and you make it very fast!

For the price, it's great. You get 15vminutes or so of deck-switching advice from a pro, and the gimmick is easily made and you can reinforce with some duct tape to make it last a while. I shouldn't have been so stingy with $4.95 and should have purchased this a while ago.
