Appearing & Vanishing Wand (Black) by JL Magic

This looks very similar to the Fantasio wands, however this is marketed as an Appearing AND Vanishing wand. With Fantasio products you needed two separate items to do that. Does this item actually do BOTH? Is it made the same was as Fantasio wands, where a silk can vanish inside the wand (or can APPEAR if using the vanishing wand).?? How is the quality/durability of this compared to Fantasio?
