B'Wave Deluxe similar to Duplicity?

Two questions:
Are the cards examinable at the end?

This looks a lot like John Bannon's Duplicity. Is this essentially the same trick or entirely different?

Thanks!

John bannons duplicity uses two packets of cards one blue and one red and bwave only uses one also duplicity the thought of cards transpose from one packet to the other were as bwave you don't have that transportation of the two cards since it only uses one packet and duplicity all the cards are examinable but in bwave not all the cards are examinable think twisted sisters by John bannon you'll know what I mean... hope this helps!
