Does Aragon's Fortune Tarot only work with the number '11'?

If Fortune Tarot can only work with the number "11", it would seem that this trick could not be repeated for the same audience?

This answer is not useful
11 is not forced. It works with a big range and the spectator REALLY takes a free number of cards. That's why it is so strong: the packet is really free, the spectator really shuffles. :)
