Per the ad page...from Acar directly:
"Flat-pack free shipping does NOT include the toy Statue of Liberty accessory or clip. It's an optional presentation, but to be perfectly honest, it looks nothing like the statue pictured on the postcard. I haven't talked to anyone who uses it, and I don't think you're going to miss it at all."
Now, if you want disregard the benefit of free shipping and pay...you'll get the figurine.
Another option, spend another $10.05 and get the free shipping option for orders over $50.00 assuming that you are in the U.S.A.
Note: since you have to 'pre-order' this, PM will usually hold your order until the trick arrives so that everything will ship 'complete' as one order...no partial shipments.
Probably not a big deal, but sometimes tricks can be delayed, and delayed, and delayed...
