Misled link?

I emailed for the link from the handout that came in the instruction book but no response after 2 sends and a week. Any suggestions?

Thank you. Unfortunately, they were sold out so bought from a reputable dealer on eBay that I use when stuff sold out on Penguin. I greatly prefer Penguin:)
