refill Absolute Zero

I bought Absolute Zero and after having used it successfully for awhile, I now cannot refill it. I bought a new bottle of compressed air, it is full, but the air doesn’t go into the device.
I noticed that the weight is 25 g empty and 30 g full, but I cannot refill it. Can you help me?
