Siamese Waltz Refills?

From your description, "Siamese Waltz" ships with 5 expendable gimmicks. Are refills available? How much do they cost? Or do you teach us how to make new gimmicks?

There are no refills available for this at a different price point, but you do learn how to make your own gimmicks in the tutorial.

He teaches how to make your own gimmicks, but not in a nice way, just for practice. At the same time it seems that the gimmick is using thinner cards, because otherwise, the Gimmick would be 4 cards thick and would be noticeable. Am I right?
