Yes, there are a couple of VERY simple, nearly self-working, routines that they show you. Super visual and easy.

Yes,

Many of the routines are very easy to do.

This video does not go through the specifics on card handling and some of the explanations assume you have some knowledge concerning playing cards.

If you have any worries I would probably pick up a copy of Royal Road to Card magic and Expert Card Technique so you can reference any card moves that might not be explained in too much depth.
