Not quite sure what you're asking...
But, best guessing, when I need adhesives for card type tricks, I use double sided Scotch tape.
After attaching to a card, I 'dab' my finger over the exposed side a few times for two reasons:
1.) to remove some of the tackiness to help with the effect.
2.) to insure that the cards aren't so stuck together that the tape may come off the original card.
