The new? “Elite” marked decks featured on 1/15/21

I have several P3 marked decks left that say “ copyright ©2017 United States playing...”. Are these decks that I already have the “Elite” cards or the Standard Maiden Back stock?
In other words... are these Elite decks a different paper stock than what I currently have from the 2017 stock?
