Well, I looked to verify...Respectfully, I don't see it anywhere for under $40.00.
Maybe not so fast - World Magic has it for $28.41USD plus shipping from the UK.
Regardless, contact PM directly. They'll meet any verified advertised price if you ask.
Fyi...refills are available for around $20.00 for 20 cards.
