Where do I get information on the Fire Microphone and the Coffe Cup. Mark has no information on the products, so where do I go to get that

Have you tried contacting Customer Service directly with an email?
Or, searched online for a more detailed product description?
If 'Mark' doesn't have the info, seek it somewhere else.
Remember, PM isn't the only distributor that sells this stuff. There are other really good 'magic stores' out there.
Not that you are, but never show anyone/anything 'blind loyalty'.
Make them earn it.
