It is a great trick, looks clean, no funny moves, it happens right in front of their eyes. I will
definitely be using this trick in my routines. Only reason I gave it a 3 star, is that you could
make the props yourself for a few dollars, not difficult. A little overprices for what you get.
I have to agree with the other response, people just don't understand that the actual value is the "secret", not the props you get. I too wish this was double the price to keep it out of the hands of the amateurs who don't appreciate the actual value of this...
This trick is easily worth double the asking price. I wish fewer people knew about it. It’s such a strong and impossible piece. Looks like real magic.
Value in magic is NOT in the cost of a prop. Value is magic is the secret. The secret and the instruction is what one magician is paying another magician for.
"Value is magic is the secret." That might be true but if there is a gimmick included it should be working and of good quality. Especially when the price is nearly four times that of an invisible deck.
I disagree. Instructions are just part of the product. The main product is the gimmick. They aren't teaching rocket science. The gimmick is part of the product. Not to mention that we are paying tariffs & delivery for something that can be made at home.
Back then, people used to rent books and tapes. Now, since everything is online, you can't sell it nor rent it.
Another problem is the liquidity of magic media. It is never easy to sell a DVD or book.
The value of the secret shouldn't be more than 5 USD. Do you see scientists selling medicine that has poor quality control. And tell you that the value lies in the discovery of the mechanism of the drug, but how good it tastes or how long it lasts is not their concern??
