My first thought after wondering if I could do it, was ...why am I trying to do it?
Servicemen and women are walking around without fingers, hands, legs. Wouldn't that be great if
one stepped out of the audience and asked me if I'd like to see the real thing.
It's my
fault. I saw the preview video.
I like the less serious parts of Nick's five-phase routine.
Actually it would be as you could thank them for their service and have everyone give them a round of applause. Very few people react like you mention, in fact, many bring humor into when possible (after reality has set it).
I'm a combat veteran, and i appreciate the thought but every one of my friends that have lost any limbs have turned it into jokes themselves.
There's exceptions to everything but im going out on a limb to say you're safe pretty much across the board on this one.
No need to give Nick a bad review on our account, he's always struck me as a talented creator/performer and all around nice guy.
